MICROHUB - PRIVACY POLICY

In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how Microhub LLC. (“Microhub”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about users of our services and mobile or internet applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to all users of Microhub services, including both Microhub ROOM (on-site package management services provided within residential buildings) and Microhub NEXT (off-site logistics and delivery services provided from centralized facilities). Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
By using any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. The Microhub Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Policy. You also acknowledge and agree to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, please stop using our Website and App.

We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, and automatically through your use of our Services.

The information we collect from you depends on how you use our Services. To create an account for use with our Services, you must provide the following:

For Digital Receipt Program ("eReceipts") participants: We collect consumer account or email log-in credentials and any personal information contained on digital receipts. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We may also collect information that is specific to your use of either Microhub ROOM or Microhub NEXT, including location-specific access permissions (for Microhub ROOM entry and delivery) or preferences for scheduled delivery or pickup (for Microhub NEXT).
MICROHUB Privacy Policy Information We Collect Automatically.
We automatically collect information about your use of our website and mobile applications through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we combine this information with other information we collect about you, including your personal information. Please see the section “Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms” below for more information.
Depending on your use of Microhub ROOM or Microhub NEXT, this may include time-stamped logs of delivery requests, check-ins, app-based delivery confirmations, pickup scheduling activity, and building access patterns. This allows us to enhance security, track operational performance, and improve user experience across both service models.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information, including your personal information, for the following purposes:

For example, we may use your location data and access credentials to facilitate in-building delivery logistics under Microhub ROOM, or rely on your scheduling preferences and proximity to determine fulfillment options under Microhub NEXT. Your preferences, feedback, and delivery outcomes across each model help us to improve the experience associated with both service environments.

Our Website or App collects certain information automatically about you and your use of our Website or App and services that does not necessarily personally identify you, your interactions with us and information regarding the device you use to access our Website or App (collectively "Other Information"). Depending on whether you use Microhub ROOM or Microhub NEXT, activity logs may also include: package intake timestamps, building access logs (for ROOM), pickup confirmations (for NEXT), delivery success/failure tracking, and resident-initiated delivery instructions. This data helps us improve logistics performance, safety, and overall service quality.
How We Use Your Information
We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:
Service Providers. We may rely on service providers to support or provide some of the services that are available through the Services. We may also rely on service providers to perform certain services for us in connection with your use of our Services, such as communications and hosting services, network security, technical and customer support, tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance testing, payment processing, our own marketing of the Services, and other functions. We may share information from or about you with these third party providers so that they can perform their services or complete your requests. These third party providers may share information with us that they obtain from or about you in connection with providing their services or completing your requests. Third party providers may also share this information with their subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control. Some of our web pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to you from our third party providers, while preserving the look and feel of the Services. In such cases, please note that the information you provide is being provided to the third party.
Certain service providers may support specific workflows for Microhub ROOM (e.g., internal access control, device authentication, and in-building route optimization) or Microhub NEXT (e.g., last-mile delivery routing, pickup point management, or notification services). The sharing of information is limited to what is necessary for proper service fulfillment.
Affiliates. We disclose the information we collect from you to our affiliates or
subsidiaries. We also disclose information in the following circumstances:
In Response to Legal Process. We disclose your information to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena.
To Protect Us and Others. We disclose your information when we believe it is appropriate to do so to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We share aggregate, anonymized, or deidentified information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.
Such aggregate or anonymized insights may be derived from operational performance across either or both service models (ROOM and NEXT), and may include metrics such as average delivery times, app engagement behavior, or service-level adherence.
Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms
We and our service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Services. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our service providers may do so on our behalf).
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities at our Services. There are two types of cookies: session and persistent cookies.
Session Cookies. Session cookies exist only during an online session. They disappear from your device when you close your browser or turn off your device. We use session cookies to allow our systems to uniquely identify you during a session or while you are logged into the Services. This allows us to process your online transactions and requests and verify your identity, after you have logged in, as you move through our Services.
Persistent Cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you have closed your browser or turned off your device. We use persistent cookies to track aggregate and statistical information about user activity.
These tracking tools may help us differentiate how users interact with different Microhub models. For example, cookies may be used to pre-fill delivery preferences for Microhub NEXT or to verify real-time login sessions for secure in-building Microhub ROOM access. The collected data supports seamless transitions across service modes.
Disabling Cookies
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The “Help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Site and Services who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site, but some features may not function.
Disabling cookies may limit your experience with Microhub ROOM or Microhub NEXT, including app-based access to delivery tracking, personalized preferences, or the ability to receive service notifications based on your activity or location.
Third Party Analytics.
We use automated devices and applications to evaluate usage of our Services. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our performance and user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons or local storage objects (LSOs), to perform their services.
These tools help us analyze how users interact differently with Microhub ROOM (e.g., in-building navigation, delivery success rates) and Microhub NEXT (e.g., pickup scheduling, drop-off frequency), so we can improve and personalize both environments accordingly.
Cross-Device Use.
We and our service providers, including Google, may use the information that we collect about you (whether directly from our Services, through your device(s), or from a third party) to help us and our service providers identify other devices that you use (e.g., a mobile phone, tablet, other computer, etc.). We and our service providers also may use the crossdevice use and other information we learn about you to serve targeted advertising on your devices and to send you emails. To opt-out of cross- device advertising, you may follow the instructions set forth in the Third Party Ad Networks section below. Please note: if you opt-out of these targeted advertising cookies, your opt-out will be specific to the web browser, app, or device from which you accessed the opt-out. If you use multiple devices or web browsers, you will need to opt-out each browser or device that you use.
Do-Not-Track.
Currently, our systems do not recognize browser “do-not-track” requests. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in this section (e.g., by disabling cookies); you also may opt-out of targeted advertising by following the instructions in the ThirdParty Ad Network section.
Geo-Location Services
We may utilize location services on your mobile device to collect and use location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. We may obtain the physical location of your device by using satellite, cell phone tower, WiFi, or other technologies or signals. The physical location is used to provide you with a variety of services such as personalized content and/or advertising. We may communicate with you based on your location, and when we do so, we do that through our App's push notifications. We do not use your geo-location as a basis for sending you text or SMS messages. If you do not want to receive push notifications, you can disable that through your MB App Settings. We will collect precise real-time geolocation data only if you consent. You may opt out of using location services using your device's functionality to do so, but this may degrade the features and functionality that we can provide.
For Microhub NEXT, geo-location may help identify the closest available hub, optimize your pickup routing, or determine delivery eligibility. For Microhub ROOM, it may help us verify your presence near the building to enable access control, trigger in-building delivery workflows, or ensure that delivery windows align with your activity.
Separate from precise geo-location options, our App [constantly or when the App is being utilized] approximates your device location solely for fraud detection purposes.
MICROHUB – Privacy Policy Third-Party Ad Networks
We use third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on our Site and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). This enables us and these third parties to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interested. Third-party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. These third-party cookies and other technologies are governed by each third party's specific privacy policy, not this one. We may provide these third- party advertisers with information, including personal information, about you.
Users in the United States may opt out of many third-party ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") Consumer Choice Page for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and their choices regarding having information used by DAA companies. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") Consumer Opt-Out Page for information about opting out of interestbased advertising and their choices regarding having information used by NAI members.
Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page will opt you out from those companies' delivery of interestbased content or ads to you, but it does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising through our Site, Services, or on other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt out may not be effective. Advertising content may be tailored based on your usage of Microhub ROOM and/or Microhub NEXT, such as how frequently you schedule deliveries, interact with features in the mobile app, or visit affiliated pickup hubs. This helps us deliver more relevant content across your devices.
Security of My Personal Information
We have implemented reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security.
You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
These safeguards apply to all aspects of the Services, including activities and data collected or processed through Microhub ROOM and Microhub NEXT. Whether we are managing your information inside a building or through an external hub, Microhub uses unified protocols to protect your privacy and maintain system integrity.
MICROHUB – Privacy Policy Access to My Personal Information
You may modify personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.
This process applies whether you are using Microhub ROOM or Microhub NEXT. Your profile settings are centralized and accessible across both service models, ensuring that changes made to your account (such as address updates or contact preferences) are reflected consistently.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information?
We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt-out of promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.
Your choices and opt-out preferences apply equally to communications and marketing related to Microhub ROOM and Microhub NEXT. You may continue to receive essential communications regarding deliveries, account access, or building-specific notices regardless of marketing opt-out status.
Children Under 13
Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
This applies across all Microhub services, including both Microhub ROOM and Microhub NEXT. These Services are intended for adult residents or authorized building occupants only.
